This is a lead acid battery for motorcycles.

The electrical system for Str. "Betsy Ann" consists of the main power battery and the auxillary reciever batteries which are Nickle-Cadmium rechargable cells.

The receiver is supplied with an ON/OFF switch accesible on the outside of the craft.

The main battery is controlled through a DPDT toggle switch operated with a servo. This provides for forward - off - reverse ... only.

A more elaborate system would include proportional speed control and this is under developement at this time
